Do you buy toys from individuals
We are always interested in hearing from possible sellers. Normally it would have to be bulk, but this depends on the items. Contact us with your details, item description and condition. Plus what you would be prepared to sell for. Photo's are essential especially if we cannot meet to see your collection.

Can we visit Cool Collectable Toys?
Currently we cannnot receive visitors as we have no retail unit outwith the internet. Sometimes depending on the item we will advertise underneath the description for customers to collect item locally. These are normally very large or heavy items.

We are based in Inverness, which is the capital of the Highlands in Scotland. You can see our full address details on the link "contact us" on the left front page.

Do I have to be a member or join Paypal to pay.
No you do not have to sign up or need to be a member of paypal to pay through Paypal by using your credit/debit card. It is secure, quick and easy.

Can I use my Credit/Debit card
No I am sorry but at the moment we do not offer offline Credit card payments. But we do offer Credit/Debit online payments. Just choose Paypal at the checkout, you will be taken to a secure Paypal page to complete the transaction details (like you would do with any other Credit card online payment facility) without needing to sign up or be a member of Paypal. Or you could pay via Google Checkout, where it is secure and quick. If you are not a member of Google Checkout, you can sign up for free. Once you have signed up, you will never need to enter your personal details again when buying. Alternatively you can pay by Cheque or Postal order UK customers only

Can you hold a toy back for me.
If you want a certain item held back please contact us with the details. We will normally hold the item for one week or possibly longer. Please bare in mind that if we do hold a toy for you this means that you are going to go through with a purchase. We will not hold back any items for people who have previously failed to purchase a kept toy.
