Order and Payment
We currently do not charge VAT/Sales tax.

We accept payments via Worldpay by credit or debit cards over the phone, the cards we accept are the following: Mastercard credit or debit, Maestro, Visa credit or debit, Visa Electron, JCB.
To pay via the telephone :(+44) 01463 250236, we are open from 11am to 6pm (UK Time) Mondays to Saturdays.

Most major credit card payments are accepted through Paypal. Paypal is a secure internet payment method and takes only minutes to set up if you are not a member, you can use your credit card through Paypal without needing membership. If you do become a member of Paypal then you can use it to pay rather than using your credit card each time.

We accept Google Checkout. Google Checkout is simple secure and very quick to use. When you are finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on Google Checkout button. Sign in with your Google Checkout username and password. If you do not have a Google Checkout account, you can create one. This will be the only time you need to enter your details. Confirm your delivery and payment info with a simple click on the "Place your order now" button. Once you have completed your order you can continue shopping. You can track the progress of your order in your Google Checkout account or on the Cool Collectable Toys website.

Offline Payments- Cool Collectable Toys accept only UK cheques and Postal Orders. If you want to pay with one of these methods please select the appropriate method in the shopping cart. It is recommended that you print your order for future reference. For cheque payments your order will be despatched as soon as monies are cleared, if paying via cheque normally can take 5-7 days for the cheque to clear. All cheques, Postal orders must be paid to "Richard Maclean" or to "Cool Collectable Toys".

We can only accept payment using Paypal or Google Checkout for items being sent by 1st class recorded delivery, Special delivery, International posting options.
We cannot accept Paypal or Google Checkout if sending by large parcel delivery (standard parcel).

Postage and Packaging
If buying multiple items in one purchase please contact us for a postal quote as our postal charging system cannot take into account the deduction of weight of packaging that is added to each item when we can get multiple items in one box.
All orders will be dispatched within 24-72 hours of receiving payment. We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses. We will e-mail you as soon as your item has been despatched.
Most items will be dispatched by Royal mail recorded delivery or International Signed For Airmail. Our liability for any delay or failure to deliver or damage is limited to the value of what the postal delivery service covers which normally is £32-£34 outwith extra insurance. We have five postal options available at the checkout. For the UK customer we have Special delivery option this offers an initial insurance up to the value of £500. Our second option for UK customer is recorded delivery this only covers up to £32, Standard Parcel or Large parcel delivery covers up to the value of £34 but we will automatically insure the item to its value with no extra charge. Large parcel delivery is only for orders over 1kg in weight, it will say under the description of the item when you can choose this option, for multiple items please contact us if you are unsure what postage option would be appropriate.
For International customers we have "International signed for" which is available to Europe and the rest of the world, this automatically covers up to value of your item/s. Our advice is for you as a customer you need to decide what is best for you. We would advise that you ask for insurance covering the value of your item, as we can only offer what your item is covered for if it goes missing or is damaged. Online tracking is available for all orders. If you need insurance over the value of £32 then you can contact us before buying the item so we can calculate the overall postage.
Regarding undelivered items we will pay compensation to the value of what the item/s were insured for only when Royal Mail have confirmed that the item is lost.

Returns Policy
Cool Collectable Toys offer a 7 day returns period on all products sold, you the customer can cancel your order at anytime within the 7 day period of recieving your item.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within the 7 days of receiving your product, by e-mail support@coolcollectabletoys.co.uk or phone 01463 250236.
The full cost of the purchase will be refunded by the means that you have paid by.
Postage costs for returns are not refundable (ie:What it costs the customer to return the item/s to Cool Collectable Toys) unless the item/s were damaged or faulty or not described accurately at the point of sale.
Before full refund can take place the item/s must be returned to Cool Collectable toys address 83 Drumossie Avenue, Inverness, IV2 3SH.
All returns must be despatched by Recorded Signed for or Special Delivery insuring to the value of each item.
Cool Collectable Toys will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft in transit or when handled or in the care of purchaser or others until the item/s are in the possesion of Cool Collectable Toys.
Item/s must be returned in the condition that they were in when customer had received the item/s, Cool Collectable Toys will not accept items that are returned in any other condition than the condition that they were received by the purchaser.
