This is a Peter Rabbit Beatrix Potter game made in the late 1920-30's by Fredrick Warne & Co. This is the later version blue board. "A very amusing and intresting game" Introducing the famous characters created by Miss Beatrix Potter. Board opens out to 20 inches by 29 inches. Is complete with lead figures. Figures include a blue Peter Rabbit, a green Jeremy Fisher, a yellow Squirrel Nutkin and a pink Jemima Puddleduck. Comes with original board which is illustrated with scenes from the story books. Also complete with rules on board and a single sheet. Figures have chips to paint otherwise excellent. Board is in excellent condition with very liitle wear and includes two dice one possibly is original, the game only needs the one dice. It does not have the dice shaker. Box is good with wear, one lid flap is detached to half way. Excellent very old board game.
